BREATH RETRAINING - CLOSE YOUR MOUTH

Correct breathing volume is essential for perfect health. The greater the volume of air inhaled, the poorer the health. Long term over breathing leads to the build up of organ damage, resulting in the development of illnesses specific to the hereditary traits of each person.

Do you suffer from asthma, sneezing, nasal congestion, allergies, dandruff, chronic and any skin disease, bleeding gums, dental problems, distaste in the mouth, anxiety, tension, depression, fatigue, bad dreams, day time sleeping, poor memory or poor concentration? Such conditions improve slowly and stop permanently when this breathing retraining is followed. Depending on the condition, all medication can be reduced and eventually withdrawn within 6 weeks to 6 months.

Do you breathe through your mouth? Snore? Do you have the habit of opening your mouth unknowingly whilst awake or asleep? These contribute towards over breathing. This is an awareness training programme on how to avoid over breathing and how to improve the nasal breath.

Everyone can learn and use it. The method is very simple and will entail minimum disruption to your life. You will notice an improvement in as little as 7 days which you can measure yourself. The practice must be done before breakfast.

How can you join/learn/involve?

Every week from Monday to Friday 8am-9am, Bodytree is offering training classes in the Trivandrum District of Kerala at the addresses below (registration time: 11am – 3pm). One person should attend five consecutive classes in one week. Please register your name only when you can commit to attend for the full 5 days course.
